We live in strange times, where mountain towns are paradise for outdoor lovers… and, unfortunately, a playground for thieves.

With high-end bikes disappearing left, right, and centre, locking yours up and crossing your fingers just doesn’t cut it anymore.

That’s where TRACK IT comes in. We’ve created a smart, discreet solution to help you keep tabs on your Bike, and hopefully help bring it back if the worst happens.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1

Give us a call or complete our enquiry form. Be sure to include the make and model of the bike you’d like to track.

NOTE: Our service works with Apple devices only, we use the FindMy app to sync to your bike. Android coming soon.

STEP 2

Once your device is ready, we’ll arrange installation at a time and location that works best for you.

STEP 3

Installation takes no more than 20 minutes. Once the tracking device is fitted to your bike, we’ll complete the setup on your mobile phone. Please allow up to 40 minutes for the full service.

We’ll help you customise the FindMy app how you want it! Get alerts straight to your Apple device when your bike moves from it’s location when you aren’t with it.

POPULAR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

  • Currently, the tracking device is only compatible with Apple devices. If you don’t have an iPhone but own an iPad or MacBook, you can still connect using those.

    Android compatibility coming soon.

  • First things first, DO NOT try to retrieve the bike yourself or with friends. As tempting as it might be, confronting a thief can be dangerous. Instead, contact local authorities immediately and provide them with the tracking details. Let the professionals handle it, your safety comes first.

    When you contact the local authorities make sure to have images of your bike and the bikes serial number to hand.

  • For security reasons, we don’t publicly disclose the installation location of the TRACK IT device (you never know who’s reading!) Once your installation is booked, we’ll walk you through the setup and explain everything in detail. The fewer people who know the exact placement, the more effective the device will be.

  • No, the tracking device will not be visible, it’s discreetly installed and hidden from view.

  • No, only you will have access to track your bike through your mobile phone. However, you can easily share the tracking information with family and friends if you choose to.
